I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location in the entertainment district of LA Live was superb and the views of downtown LA were stunning, there were some service issues that affected my stay. The hotel rooms were spacious with 2 double beds, but the service lacked consistency and professionalism.

The rooms were spacious and modern, offering amazing views of downtown LA. The service was exceptional, with early check-in and late check-out provided. The dining experience was included with my Junior King Suite rate and the Colombian coffee was a delightful touch.
